Solar Battery Outlet offers a 1 Year Workmanship Warranty on solar system installations completed by our team. This covers performance and operational defects directly related to installation work, inverter replacements, or repairs on systems installed by us.

We use only premium components (panels, inverters, installation materials) and maintain high-quality standards across all projects. Full warranty terms are available on request.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Solar Battery Outlet will not be liable for:

Any data loss, business interruption, or delays;
Any defamatory, offensive, or illegal actions of third parties;
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses;
Damages exceeding the amount paid by you to Solar Battery Outlet in the 12 months prior to the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the nature of the claim (contract, negligence, etc.).

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of certain liabilities, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solar Battery Outlet and its staff, contractors, and representatives from any claim, liability, cost, or legal action arising out of:

Your use or misuse of the Service;

Disputes involving third parties.

We may assume control over the defence of any claim for which you are liable and require your cooperation.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. All disputes shall be resolved under NSW law, and you submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in NSW.

Any legal action must be initiated within 1 year of the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

These Terms (along with the Privacy Policy and other policies) represent the full agreement between you and Solar Battery Outlet. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remainder will continue to apply in full force.

14. Copyright & Trademark

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed on our Service, please send a written notice including:

Identification of the protected work;
Location of the infringing material;
Your contact details;
A statement of good faith;
Your physical or electronic signature.

15. General Provisions

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without written consent from Solar Battery Outlet. All modifications must be in writing and agreed by both parties.

No agency, partnership, or employment relationship exists between you and Solar Battery Outlet under these Terms. All legal notices must be sent in writing to our business address above.
